Exchange & Return Policy:

We will exchange all items, which have kept the original tags attached, and which are in their original purchase condition (not washed, worn, or altered); this includes any accessories & labels:

• Exchange or refunds are eligible within 3 days of order delivery date, subject to stock availability

• Underwear items are not exchangeable or refundable

• All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface

• Gift orders can only be exchanged and cannot be refunded

• Delivery charge of 3USD will be applied on Return or Exchange

Please email us on customerservice@lacoste.com.lb within the same day of placing your order to process the cancellation from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

PAYMENT IN FOREIGN CURRENCIES IS NOW POSSIBLE.

If you wish to proceed with your payment in Cash or by International Card in USD, kindly contact us at 81-196 800 (From 9:00 am to 6:00 pm) to arrange for your invoice at the applicable market exchange rates.

To serve your best interest, please note that:

- Eligible refunds will be processed in the same currency of purchase

- Exchange rate will be set to the time of agreement on purchase, not the date of delivery of the order

We only ship inside Lebanon.

Orders take 3-5 business days for delivery.

Delivery charge of 3 USD will be applied on orders below 50 USD, and FREE for all orders above 50 USD
