How can we help you?

You have the right to return any purchased products (other than customized products and underwear). We accept online returns within three (3) days from the day on which you (or a person indicated by you) receive the products. Please note that it is not possible to return purchases made online in one of our stores.

Please return your products in their original condition, without them being worn or washed. The sole of the shoes has to be clean and intact and the perfume packaging still sealed. All of the packaging (plastic, boxes), user manual and product labels have to be returned.

In the scenario of card payments refunds:

Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you if your refund has been approved or not. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 21 calendar days. If the amount of your refund is incorrect, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@lacoste.com.lb, and we will immediately solve the issue. If the amount has not been credited to your account then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted; alternatively please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have followed all above steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please do not hesitate to contact us at customerservice@lacoste.com.lb. You could also contact our customer service team on the customer service chat box on www.lacoste.com.lb. For inquiries during weekends, please email us on customerservice@lacoste.com.lb and we will call you back on monday. In the scenario of cash on delivery payments refunds: we will be sending our driver to inspect the item to be returned. If the item was approved, you will be refunded in cash on the spot. After the 3-day period, we cannot offer you a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first 3 days. All returned products not complying with our return policy will be returned to you without refund. In case you used a promo code on your order, please note the value of the promo code is divided up proportionately to the item price. If you return products purchased with a promo code, you will get the refund of the amount paid on the returned item minus the promotion amount applied. You will then loose the promotion amount of the returned item. Delivery charge of 3USD will be applied on return and exchange.

Once your order has been confirmed, and you would like to cancel it, please email us on customerservice@lacoste.com.lb within the same day of placing your order to process the cancellation from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. For inquiries during weekends, we will make every attempt to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to stop processing. However, should you receive an item you do not want, do not worry... You will be able to refund or exchange. 

The Lacoste online shop is the official Lacoste shop on the internet. It offers the same products as those available in stores and also online exclusives.

There is no minimum order value on the Lacoste online shop.

If you select the option « gift wrap » in your basket, all the products in your order will be wrapped in a gift box, except the following articles which will be shipped in a Lacoste bag : - bags of medium and big size - shoes - jackets and coats - pants - hats
this service is free (it may be deactivated during the sales period).

After placing your order normally within 15 minutes, you will receive an order confirmation email.

- Eligible refunds will be processed in the same currency of purchase
- Exchange rate will be set to the time of agreement on purchase, not the date of delivery of the order

The security of your data is very important to us. As a Lacoste online shop customer, you can make your purchases with confidence. Generally, you can visit our website without leaving personal data. However, in the following situations we need your details:

3. We save all personal information solely on a computer that is not connected to the internet. Access by other people using the network of a modem is not, therefore, possible.
4. To prevent unauthorized access to your account and to ensure your personal data remains secure, please do not share with anyone your login or password details.
5. It is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. By going to the newsletter link, you can access your data for the newsletter at any time. In this section, you can change your details or unsubscribe from the newsletter completely.

In the checkout phase, please enter your promo code in the "promotion" area of your basket and click on the "+" sign and then ok. The promo code and the corresponding discount will appear in your basket. Only one promo code can be used per order. Please note the value of the promo code is divided up proportionately to the item price. In case of return, you will get the refund of the amount paid on the returned item minus the promotion amount applied. You will then loose the promotion amount of the returned item.

We offer one delivery option:
Standard delivery.

Delivery charge of 3 USD will be applied on orders below 50 USD, and FREE for all orders above 50 USD

We can deliver your order to the address of your choice. Please specify the delivery address when you place your order. Unless an alternative address is provided delivery will be made to the billing address.

Orders placed with the Lacoste online shop, lacoste.com.lb, may be delivered to Lebanon only.

Delivery may take 3-5 days from Monday to Friday.

It is possible to exchange purchases made online in one of our stores but not possible to return them.
It’s also not possible to return or exchange products purchased in one of our stores on the online store.

If a product purchased from the Lacoste online shop does not meet Lacoste quality standards, you have the right to make a claim during the period of the legal guarantee. We kindly ask you to provide us with clear pictures of the product. For textile: full length of the product and detailed close up of the issue. For the shoes: above and soles and detailed close up of the issue.

Items that arrive in defective or damaged condition will be replaced.
