Our delivery options are:

Standard delivery is £4,95, free on orders over £80.
Standard delivery takes 4-5 working days from Monday to Friday.
Due to the sales period, the delivery time may be extended by up to 5 days.

Express delivery is £9,95. 
Express delivery takes takes 1-2 working days from Monday to Friday.

Delivery in store or to a pick up station : temporarily deactivated. 

Order placed on friday will be delivered the following week.

Please be assured that all orders placed either on standard or express delivery will not incur duty fees & additional charges.

We draw your attention to the need, when receiving your package to check its general condition. You will be responsible for the package and its contents once it has been delivered to you.
In case of a problem (opened package, empty package, damaged contents), you must refuse the package and contact our Customer Service to report the problem and the reason for the refusal. We inform you that in the event of an unqualified missing item, Lacoste cannot be held responsible and we cannot guarantee a refund. 

The customer service will exceptionally be closed on the following public holidays: 

January 1st
April 18th (Easter monday)
May 1st
December 25th 

For information, our lines close exceptionally from 3pm on 24th and 31st December.

We thank you for your understanding. 

We offer free eturns within 30 days after receipt of your order (we only can accept one return per order). We have currently extended our returns to 60 days during lockdown and whilst our stores are closed. 
Customised items, masks and underwear are not eligible for return.
Please ensure the items are new, unworn and in their original packaging with their accessories and the tag attached to the products.
